Celebrating 55 Years of the Peachey Group

In October 1969, the Peachey family established a property management business in Basildon, Essex. Fifty-five years later, The Peachey Basildon Group remains a family-led company, dedicated to the same values of integrity, reliability, and local expertise that guided our founders.

Over more than half a century, we have had the privilege of working with an extraordinary range of clients — from individual landlords to institutional investors, from local retailers to national brands.

"The property industry has changed enormously since 1969, but the fundamentals of good property management have not," said Terence Peachey, Chairman. "It still comes down to knowing your buildings, knowing your tenants, and doing what you say you will do."
