Our History
The company was established by the Peachey family in Basildon at a time when the Essex new town was undergoing rapid development. Recognising the need for professional property management services to support the area's growing commercial infrastructure, the business quickly established a reputation for quality and dependability.
Today, under the continued leadership of the Peachey family, we manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. Our approach combines the personal service of a family business with the professionalism and resources of a larger operation.
