Sustainability is a priority for The Peachey Basildon Group and for the clients we serve. In this update, we share progress on our key ESG initiatives across our managed portfolio.
Energy Efficiency: We have overseen the installation of LED lighting across 85% of our managed common areas, delivering an estimated 40% reduction in energy consumption for lighting.
Waste Diversion: Working with our waste management partners, we have increased the recycling rate across our portfolio from 35% to 62% over the past two years.
Community: We continue to support local employment, with 90% of our maintenance staff living within 15 miles of the properties they service. We also sponsor the Basildon Junior Football League for the third consecutive year.
We recognise there is always more to do, and we are committed to continual improvement in our environmental and social performance.
